General terms and conditions

The event and travel conditions are accepted upon registration. The services are listed in the description on the website. Unforeseen changes may occur and will be communicated in good time. As long as the character of the event, the quality and the scope remain essentially the same, they are to be accepted and do not entitle the participant to a reduction in payment.
It is essential for the success of the event that a certain minimum number of participants are present. This is assumed to be 20. If there are fewer participants, the character of the event would be lost. The organizer therefore expressly reserves the right to cancel the event if this minimum number is not reached.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, stay and the organization of their stay outside the event times. The organizer cannot accept any liability for this.
We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers all possible risks (cancellation, accident, return transport, theft, liability, etc.).
If you are unable to attend without prior cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded. The cancellation regulations are listed in the ‘Price and registration’ menu.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that make it considerably more difficult or impossible to hold the event, the organizer is entitled to cancel it. Examples include the occurrence of a pandemic or other circumstances that make it impossible or unreasonable to organize the event in Crete. In such a case, the participation fee will be refunded in full. No further compensation (e.g. for frustrated travel and accommodation costs or other expenses) will be paid. 
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer, i.e. Innsbruck.
